Work to be done by the campus organization! Thanks to the opinion you shared with us last March in our yearly Campus Survey, we could focus and make up a TOP 4 Priority List.
Based on your opinion about the elements you think are important but scored low in the survey, we made a priority list. In coming newsletters we will focus on every topic and inform you more deeply on the follow-up actions the campus organization is taking to make sure we improve our score next year.
- Food & Beverage:
Price-quality improvement of Food & Beverage at the campus
Wouter van den Berg: “I think most people will agree that the restaurant is an attractive place to go to or bring guests to.
They have ample choice of hot and cold meals. The challenge is however to offer this at an attractive price.“
- Mobility
Improve the mobility supply to and from the campus
Wouter van den Berg: “No surprises here. It is not easy to reach the Campus by public transport.
We lack a railway station and the bus makes for a long drive to the nearest station.”
- Service Desk
Shorten the lead times and response quality of every ticket
Wouter van den Berg: “Personally I don’t think the Desk itself can do much about it,
but what goes on behind the scenes is not always clear, and can take a mighty long time.
I seriously believe that we can improve a lot here, and save costs while doing so.”
- Availability meeting rooms
See how we can offer more free meeting rooms
Wouter van den Berg: “Let’s just say that the meeting rooms in Center Court are just too attractive 😊.
No wonder that they are constantly overbooked.”
