There have been a few changes in the Operations Team of Brightlands Chemelot Campus.
As from June 1, Judith Boonen will start as our new Account Manager, a role she will share with Anieke Thomassen. Judith will be responsible for the large accounts and Anieke for the SMEs and start-ups. The Account Managers are the primary contacts for the companies and institutes that rent real estate at the campus regarding commercial issues (services/facilities as well as real estate). Together with our Service Manager Rachèl Witter, they will tend to the customers as good as possible.
Each organization will be informed individually about the Account Manager that is assigned to them.
Rachèl remains responsible for the central facilities in Center Court, the Brightlands Service Desk, the reception desk, and the contract management for the soft services (campus wide). She will hand over her (technical) property management tasks for Center Court to Property Manager Ferry van Rijn.
Per May 1, Robert Hobus has joined the Property Management Team. Together with Ferry van Rijn, he will take care of the technical management for the buildings on the campus. Frank Willems remains the Property Manager for the terrains, roads and infrastructure.

The Property Managers are the primary contacts for technical issues related to buildings and terrains. They are supported by the Property Management Team, consisting of the Brightlands Service Desk, a Floor Walker (Jo Cleven), a Maintenance Engineer (Dion Houben), and an Installations Manager (Eric Elands).
