Brothers Henri and Walter are the growers of our blushing Elstar and Jonagold apples and the fresh and sweet Conference pears. These heroes love nature. They work with organic fertilisers and strive towards a low environmental impact. How do you like them apples? Apples and pears are at their best this time of the year and therefore we will serve them more often in September. Come and taste them in restaurant Fields!
SEPTEMBER 21: CROSS THE BORDER TO ITALY
Come and eat like an Italian in restaurant Fields. Huttens Italian topchef Terri Salminen created wonderful recipes especially for this day and loves to take you on a culinary trip. Terri’s roots are in the Province of Vicenza and she’s a true Italian chef by heart. Mamma mia!
