Since August, Hutten exploits the catering outlets in Center Court. Evaluation has led to various changes in the offering and price reductions.
Since the go live of Center Court end of August, catering company Hutten has started the exploitation of the restaurant Fields, Fields of Gold, banqueting for meetings and events, and the famous Mill’s espresso bar.
With Hutten, Brightlands Chemelot Campus has chosen for a top quality supplier, which has fresh and healthy products as a priority. The general feedback we receive from the community is that the quality of food is indeed outstanding.
The first few months have been a search for the right balance between a fair price setting versus the broadness of the quality offering to the campus public.
Brightlands Chemelot Campus and Hutten have had several evaluation moments that have led to a change in offering of products in order to meet the expectations of the campus residents. It has also led to a price reduction for many products, as you have noticed.

Fixed price lines throughout the assortment:
- Something out of the pizza oven: € 4,95
- Warm meal: € 5,95
- Street food € 3,75
- Upfront prepared salad plate € 4,95
- Smoothies and juices are served in larger cups.
Restaurant Fields
- The coming weeks the furniture will be replaced to create more places to eat, meet and work.
- The restaurant is fully operational from 12.00-13.30h.
- The Center Court restaurant Fields, already perceived as a pleasant place to meet colleagues, will undergo some changes in the months to come in order to accommodate you better during your daily lunch hour or outside as a working or meeting place.
Espresso bar Mill’s
- Coffee machine in the meeting area will be moved to the ground floor of the restaurant Fields.

Coffee, tea, water during your meetings can be ordered via banqueting procedure (via Facilitor) or ordering coffee at the espresso bar Mill’s.
Restaurant Fields of Gold
As from January 16, 2017, this exclusive restaurant can only be booked via Facilitor or by sending an e-mail catering.ccampus@brightlands.com. You can use the seating places for eating, meeting or working, but only when the tables are not reserved for a lunch or dinner. Thanks for your understanding!
