Last January 10, the Brightlands Health Program was officially launched during an event to celebrate the official opening of sports hall “Merlin” in Center Court. Also the ambassadors for the Health Program were introduced.
During the well-attended opening event, former Olympic pentathlete Kelvin Hilgeholt presented the Pentathlon Experience. All participants experienced the link between sport and business, and they were inspired to contribute actively to team success.
With the opening of Center Court, the campus has a complete new sports hall, with a fitness and physio room. This hall offers the possibility to use it for team sports, equipment for most sports is available. These facilities provide a firm basis for the Brightlands Health Program.
Brightlands Health Program
The Brightlands Health Program includes Fitness, Yoga, Tai Chi, Total Body Training, Running Training, Core Stability Office Training, and Pilates. Additionally, physiotherapy is offered. Participation is free of charge for all campus residents (employees and students).
All sessions are provided by educated coaches.
